DMCA Policy

To file a copyright infringement complaint, please send a written notice that includes the following:

3. The exact URL or location on our website where the infringing material is found.
4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
5. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
6. Your physical or electronic signature.

If you believe that your content was removed in error, you may send us a written counter-notification that includes:

1. Your name, address, phone number, and email.
2. A description and the URL of the content that was removed.
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice.
5. Your physical or electronic signature.

If we receive a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed content, unless the original complainant files a lawsuit within 10 business days.

We may terminate user accounts or access to our website in cases of repeat infringement, at our sole discretion.

Filing a false DMCA notice or counter-notice may result in legal liability. You should consult an attorney before submitting any notices if you are unsure of your rights.
